This Spacious open-plan property enjoys a stunning beachside location sleeping four guests, sitting right on the beach at the village of Seasalter in East Kent, just two miles from popular Whitstable.
This property enjoys a fantastic seafront location, on the beach in the village of Seasalter on Kent’s east coast. This quiet village is home to a well-regarded gastropub which draws visitors from across the area. Perfect for a romantic getaway with plenty to do or you can make the most of the stunning views and sunsets to just relax and watch the world go by from the large terrace. For keen birdwatchers the wetlands offer amazing chances to catch a glimpse of some rare sightings, two miles around the bay in Whitstable there is a huge range of restaurants, pubs, and tearooms to choose from, as well as a number of galleries, a theatre, and a cluster of interesting independent shops. Whilst sporty visitors will love the fact that there are a number of watersports centres where guests can try their hand at stand-up paddleboarding, sailing, and kite surfing.
On arrival at this property, guests will immediately come into the large open-plan living area where they will find a light-filled space with a lovingly-chosen collection of eclectic furnishings and features which lend the room a lovely homely feel. The large comfy modular sofa is ideally placed to sit back and relax whilst enjoying the uninterrupted views to the beach. The warming wood burner not only keeps the chill off in the cooler months, but also lends the room an attractive cosy atmosphere, and makes it an inviting space in which to sit and enjoy a film on the Smart TV/DVD. There is also a Bluetooth music system with USB, DAB and CD player, along with a selection of books, games and DVDs. At the other end of the room, the dining table sits next to the kitchen area which is equipped with an oven, hob, microwave, Tassimo coffee machine, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washing machine. Leaving this room, guests will come to the first of the property’s two bedrooms: an attractive double room which benefits from an en-suite wet room with shower and WC. The second bedroom is another double room, next to which there is a separate second wet room with shower and toilet.
Bi-Folding patio doors from the living area open onto a wide decked terrace, in front of which is a beach garden where guests will find a picnic table and a BBQ, perfect for enjoying alfresco drinks and meals whilst listening to the gentle sound of the waves on the shore. A gate at the end of the garden leads directly onto the beach. There is private off-road parking for two cars at the front of the property.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
