A well-presented stylish annex within the owner’s grounds, however privacy is ensured, located in one of the most beautiful areas of the Norfolk Broads. The cottage is decorated tastefully and offers a great base to explore the local area.

Strumpshaw is close to the Broads and is an ideal location for bird watching being home to the RSPB reserve at Strumpshaw Fen, you are surrounded by nature and water. Brundall which is close by and offers all of your local amenities from pubs, restaurants and a range of shops. Visit Wroxham for a fun filled day out on the Broads, or head a little further to the Norfolk Coast. The city of Norwich is not far away and there is a railway line close-by which takes you straight into the city centre.

Step into the delightful one level accommodation, into a spacious open plan kitchen/lounge/diner, The lounge area comprises of a cosy sofa and chair looking across to the TV, for you to sit and relax and watch a movie. Why not cook up a storm in the well equipped kitchen having an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. Enjoy your meal in the dining area that has a table and chairs for two. Completing the accommodation is the twin bedroom, and en suite shower room comprising of shower cubicle, WC and wash hand basin.

Stepping outside from the lounge area you are welcomed by the spacious patio area with an enclosed garden which has a garden table and chairs which seats four. There is off road parking for one car. Regret no children or infants.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
