A lovely three bedroom barn conversion set in the beautiful Brecon Beacons with stunning walks to be enjoyed nearby, including a circular route around Llyn y Fan Fach lake, quite possibly Wales’ best kept secret. With wildlife in abundance, you’ll find majestic red kites, amongst many others, soaring in the skies above you. History lovers can also enjoy the dramatic Carreg Cennen Castle, just a short drive. Plenty to see and do with pretty villages and towns nearby such as Llandeilo, nestled within the Twyi Valley and some of the loveliest countryside in Wales, blessed with glorious gardens, majestic stately homes and offering independent shops, galleries and eateries, Aberglasney is also only a short drive and the National Botanic Garden of Wales itself just a little further afield.

Enter the property through the front door into the spacious open-plan kitchen/diner with beautiful slate floor throughout, with a centre island to sit and enjoy a morning coffee and catch up on the latest news. The kitchen is equipped with everything you will need to cook up a storm, including a mid-level electric oven and induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer. The dining area with table and chairs will comfortably seat eight people. To the other side of the kitchen/diner is the lounge with comfortable sofas surrounding the TV, open the doors and take a step up on to an enclosed slate floor patio. Carry on through the hallway from the kitchen/diner where you’ll find a separate WC. Completing the ground floor is the bathroom with bath, separate shower and WC. Off the hall are two double bedrooms, with a TV and wardrobe in each, each have a door that opens to outside. An open staircase leads up from the kitchen/diner to a mezzanine level snug area, where you can relax on the sofa and watch the TV or play some of the selection of board games. Off from the mezzanine area on the first floor is the spacious master double bedroom with sloped ceilings and beautiful oak beams (please note there is restricted head height in this room due to exposed beams).

Heading outside you will find the enclosed garden with patio area and charcoal BBQ which is accessed via the balcony from the lounge, which has seating to sit out and enjoy some al fresco dining whilst taking in the glorious views. There is also an outbuilding which is perfect for push bikes. There is private parking for three cars.
