This beautiful former oast house sleeping up to seven people is the ideal place for all the family to get together and enjoy a holiday in the Kent countryside with all modern Luxury including Hot Tub, Sauna and Swimming Pool.
Situated just outside the pretty village of Ide Hill, this property occupies a stunning pocket of the Kentish countryside. Within easy reach of many local attractions such as Hever Castle, Penshurst Place and Chiddingstone Castle and Gardens, you can also find plenty of quaint villages and market towns with no shortage of independent cafes, restaurants, and antique shops. Keen walkers will enjoy exploring the many local footpaths on offer and Royal Tunbridge Wells is just a short drive away and boasts many cafes and restaurants, boutique shopping, the Chalybeate Springs, and the Spa Valley Railway, perfect for enjoying a relaxing steam train ride through the Kent countryside.
Step into the generous entrance hallway with plenty of storage space for coats and shoes and head through to the large lounge with cosy sofas to relax in front of the Smart TV and catch up on your favourite programmes. The spacious kitchen is equipped with everything that you will need for whipping up a delicious family meal with an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer, and a breakfast bar with stools for morning coffee. After whipping up a delicious family meal head through to the dining room located in the beautiful roundel part of the building and get the family together around the dining table with seating for all. Completing the ground floor is a utility room with a washing machine and a separate WC. Heading up the stairs there are four bedrooms: two king-size, a double and a single bedroom, and the stylish shower room complete the accommodation, with a walk-in shower, and WC.
A door from the kitchen leads out into a private courtyard area where there is space for enjoying outdoor family meals on the picnic benches and charcoal BBQ. Guests also have the use of the owners shared outdoor heated swimming pool (May-September) sauna and an indoor hot tub, with a separate changing room with WC, on a rota basis with the additional property on-site. There are also ample woodlands, a picnic area, and a tennis court for guests to use with prior arrangement. The property can accommodate off-road parking for three cars. Storage for bikes available.
