You’ll be just 20 metres from the popular East Looe Beach – handy if you fancy a dip first thing in the morning – and will be able to explore the charming fishing town of Looe from your front door. Further afield, you may head to idyllic Polperro (5 miles) or take a scenic National Trust walk from Lansallos (6.5 miles).
This reverse-level apartment has two bedrooms and the main bathroom on the first floor. Upstairs, on the second floor, is where you’ll do most of your socialising – there’s a recently refurbished kitchen with a table and chairs as well as a dining room with a dining set for six. The living room is perhaps the most impressive room in the flat, with comfortable sofas and doors leading out onto the balcony, which offers spectacular vistas over the coast. There’s a second shower room on this floor, too.
The balcony has a bistro set for enjoying a drink while looking out to sea or absorbing the hustle and bustle in the street below. There’s also a communal garden offering sea access, which you’ll share with 4 other flats in the building. The private parking space is at the rear of the property.
