Featuring original exposed beams, an inglenook fireplace with a wood burner, and panoramic mountain-to-sea views, it provides an unforgettable base for nature lovers, walkers, and couples seeking a peaceful countryside escape.
Authentic Stone Cottage Character & Modern Amenities
Retaining its historic architectural charm, the cottage thoughtfully blends rustic features with modern creature comforts.

Fully Equipped Kitchen & Dining: The thoughtfully designed kitchen features an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and tumble dryer, complete with a dining table for enjoying home-cooked meals.
Characterful Bedrooms: Sleeping up to four guests across three unique sleeping areas, each offering sweeping views across the garden toward the estuary and sea:
Master King Bedroom: A restful double-height bedroom located on the first floor (accessed via narrow, traditional stairs).
First-Floor Single Room: A cozy bedroom leading off the main landing area.
Mezzanine Single Bedroom: A charming nook reached via rustic boat-style steps off the main floor.
Ground-Floor Bathroom: Down a short set of steps lies a stylish family bathroom equipped with a deep soaking bath, separate shower cubicle, WC, and soft towels.
Hillside Garden & Stunning Estuary Vistas
Positioned naturally within the landscape, the outdoor spaces maximize the breathtaking location:
Hillside Grounds & Al Fresco Dining: The natural hillside garden features dedicated seating areas with an outdoor table, chairs, and charcoal BBQ—perfect for morning coffee or outdoor dining against a backdrop of mountains, estuary waters, and distant ocean views.
Dog-Friendly & Unique Farmstead Access: Welcomes one dog (to be kept on a lead along the access path due to neighboring livestock).
Parking & Access Note: Includes parking for multiple cars in a designated layby 100 yards below. The property is accessed via a scenic, 100-yard walled grass and slate footpath between two fields. Please note: Due to the steep, natural pathway and interior staircases, sturdier footwear is recommended, and the cottage is not suitable for guests with limited mobility.
