With the beautiful beach and stretch of sand at Beadnell Bay just across the dunes, it’s perfect for those who love coastal adventures. The area boasts magnificent walking opportunities, including a scenic 7.5-mile trek to Dustanburgh Castle and a visit to the fishing village of Craster, just 9 miles away, known for its famous kippers. The historic town of Berwick with its impressive town walls is 24 miles from the property. This charming holiday home welcomes up to four people and is pet-friendly, allowing one furry friend to join your getaway.
Enter this quirky cottage through the back door to find a light and bright kitchen/diner featuring beautiful, exposed brick walls. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, and washer/dryer, making meal preparation a breeze. The dining area provides a sociable space for enjoying meals together. A bathroom with a shower over the bath and WC is conveniently located just off the kitchen. The cosy lounge invites relaxation with comfortable sofas arranged around a traditional wood burner, complemented by exposed stone walls and wooden ceiling beams that add character and charm. Entertainment is provided by a Smart TV. Upstairs, you’ll find a charming double bedroom offering sea views and a spacious twin bedroom overlooking the garden, both with ample storage. An additional shower room with WC completes the interior.
The cottage features lovely outdoor spaces, with a stone patio area to the rear furnished for al fresco dining, leading to a lawned garden and parking area (for two cars) beyond. At the front, there’s another patio area with a table and bench seating, perfect for morning coffee or a romantic evening tipple. Please note that the outdoor space is shared with neighbouring properties.
