Located directly next to Sele Park, perfect for a stroll, enjoy a picnic or to bring your four-legged friend. Perfectly positioned to explore the delights of Hexham on foot, this famous and thriving medieval marketing town is full of hidden surprises, and boasts an array of eateries, a great selection of pubs, independent tea rooms, coffee houses and local craft shops. The town also has excellent leisure facilities including a swimming pool, golf course, bowling green and Forum Cinema. Or enjoy a day out at the famous Hexham Racecourse, visit the Hexham Old Gaol & The Border History Museum, Queen’s Hall Arts Centre and explore the beautiful parklands of Sele and Tyne Green. Enjoy a trip to Hexham Abbey, that also hosts an array of yearly events including the Hexham Abbey Festival of Music and Arts.

The wonderful bespoke kitchen is perfect for those wishing to cook, with electric oven and gas hob, microwave, fridge with ice compartment, handy dishwasher and comfortable bar stool dining area. Continuing back through the hallway, you are met with the delightful, spacious, light and bright bedroom, with a wonderful comfy double bed and plenty of storage space. Completing the accommodation is the stylish contemporary shower room with shower and WC.
Venturing outside there is a fully gated small patio area with seating, ideal for al fresco dining or to enjoy a nice glass of wine or a good local ale. There is also handy bike storage available at the side of the cottage and there is an allocated parking space available directly in front of the property. There is further disc parking available, with parking disc provided.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
