Reached via a flight of 89 external steps, this beautiful waterfront holiday cottage enjoys memorable views over the River Dart and makes a fabulous holiday retreat for up to four guests. The bustling Dartmouth town centre is just half a mile away, with a thriving marina and a fabulous mix of eateries, cafes and pubs to choose between. Just half a mile to the south are Dartmouth Castle and the secluded Sugary Cove Beach, with the larger Blackpool Sands 3 miles away. Exploring this sparkling area further you can head up along the coast to Paignton, Torquay and Brixham, all within 12 miles, with local attractions including Paignton Zoo, Agatha Christie’s Greenway House and the beautiful Berry Head National Nature Reserve.
Entering this light, airy and stylishly decorated apartment you will find the fresh and welcoming open-plan lounge/kitchen/diner. The spacious lounge is a lovely room to unwind in and watch an old movie at the end of a great day. There’s also a relaxing dining table and a light and bright kitchen area with plenty of workspace to the rear of the room. Exploring further, the apartment features two cosy bedrooms: one king-size and one twin, each with ample storage space. An arched doorway leads out from the main living area and onto the stone terrace. Featuring plenty of garden furniture this is a wonderful spot to sit back on a lazy afternoon and take in the glorious views and watch the boats sail past.
