Set in the quaint village of Kingswear, this property is steps from the local shop, two pubs and a range of restaurants. Take the three-minute ferry ride across to Dartmouth to find an impressive array of independent shops, cafes, galleries and restaurants. Keen walkers will be spoilt for choice with fantastic cliff-top trails on the doorstep offering breath-taking views, together with the rugged Dartmoor National Park, also within easy reach.

Inside, the cottage has been decorated in a quintessentially coastal theme with fresh, clean decor and furniture throughout. The open-plan kitchen/dining/living room offers a serene hideaway with its lovely features of whitewashed exposed stone walls and sash windows. In the kitchen area you will find an electric oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, washer/dryer and dining table. After a long day exploring the coastline or the bustling streets of Dartmouth, relax and unwind beside the wood burner in the cosy lounge area where there is also a TV/DVD. Two steps lead up to the beautifully presented ground-floor double bedroom, which benefits from an en-suite shower room with WC. A queen-size double bedroom with river glimpses, twin bedroom and bathroom with shower over bath are all located on the first floor, which is accessed via cottage style stairs.
Steep steps lead up to the beautiful terrace patio with seating, which is well worth the climb to enjoys spectacular panoramic views across Kingswear and the river Dart.
Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
