This historic market town, with its full range of amenities and traditional shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants, serves as the official gateway to the beautiful North York Moors National Park, home of the Heartbeat countryside. Enjoy a ride on the North Yorkshire Moors Steam Railway which takes you on an idyllic journey with some incredible scenery and great towns and villages to visit. The Beck Isle Museum is also well worth a visit, with its unique collection of black and white photography and displays of rural life. Walkers will be spoilt for choice by the rolling hills, valleys, rivers and abundant wildlife of the North York Moors, whilst the city of York and the Heritage Coast are just half an hour’s drive away. All in all, a wonderful setting for a relaxing holiday.

Head through to the beautifully designed kitchen where a welcome basket will await you, you will find everything you need to prepare a home cooked meal including an electric oven and hob, microwave and fridge. Head upstairs to the first floor and find an immaculately decorated double bedroom, with plenty of hanging space, then up to the second floor to the twin bedroom. The bathroom is fresh and bright with a bath and a walk in shower so whether you want to start the day refreshed or soak away in the bath after a days exploration there is something for everyone.

Open the back door into a courtyard, small yet sweet and a real sun trap! The exterior utility room houses a washing machine and a handy basket for your four legged friends filled with goodies, also ideal to lock up your bicycle. The property comes with one off-street parking space directly outside and there is plenty of on-street parking on the road.
