This select holiday home oozes charm and is ideally situated in idyllic Charlestown. A delightful destination in a perfect setting.

This characterful property is conveniently situated within walking distance of Charlestown’s Georgian harbour, a fabulous spot which has served as the setting for TV’s Poldark series and where you can discover The Tall Ships. You will be spoilt for choice by the selection of fine pubs and restaurants catering for all tastes. Carlyon Bay has a fabulous coastline with some lovely walks, sheltered coves and traditional fishing villages. Attractions include the Eden Project, The Shipwreck Centre, Lost Gardens of Heligan, Poldark Mine, and Cardinham Woods. National Trust properties nearby include Lanhydrock House. This former customs house has been lovingly remodelled into a contemporary property but retains many original features, including exposed beams and a local granite façade. The accommodation is accessed via a set of external stairs and is set over two floors and offers TWO bedrooms: on the upper floor, 1 double (which can be made into a twin on request). On the lower floor, 1 double. Shower room: also on the lower floor with shower, WC and underfloor heating. Separate WC, on the lower floor. Lounge/ kitchen/ diner: open plan with Smart TV, DVD. Kitchen area, with electric oven and induction hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washer/dryer. Amenities: courtyard parking for 1 car. Bed linen, towels (not beach towels), electric, heating and Wi-Fi included. 1 small well-behaved dog welcome. Regret no smoking. Additional info: welcome pack on arrival.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
