Situated in a peaceful tranquil location, just a short drive from the splendid Coniston Water, makes this a fantastic base to explore this Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty. Water sports enthusiasts will be delighted with Coniston Water, perfect for sailing, canoeing or enjoying a leisure cruise on the wonderful steam yacht ‘Gondola’. The lake also offers excellent fishing opportunities for trout, char, pike and perch. Walkers, mountain bikers and hikers are also very well catered for with the nearby famous Old Man of Coniston and the fabulous woodland trails at Grizedale Forest to explore.

Access this property up four steps to the front door, and once through the door, you will find yourself in the welcoming open-plan split-level lounge/kitchen/diner. The lounge area has comfy sofa, wood burner and TV/DVD, the perfect spot to relax after a long day. The dining area has seating for four, whilst the bright kitchen area offers everything that guests will need to prepare their favourite meals, including an electric oven and gas hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave. The master bedroom has a romantic king-size bed and the second bedroom has a super-king-size zip-and-link bed (which can be made up as a twin on request). The family bathroom with shower over roll top bath and WC completed the offering inside the property.

Outside the property is a large terrace ideal for al fresco dining where you can make use of the BBQ facilities. There is access to a shared washing machine and tumble dryer. There is also parking available to the front of the property for two cars.
