This Holiday Cottage enjoys an idyllic village location in the Hope Valley, Peak District National Park. Nearby fishing, cycling and walking make this property a wonderful base for making the most of the weathered landscape of the Peaks.

Situated in the heart of the Hope Valley, guests of this property can while away their days fishing on the Ladybower Reservoir or stretching their legs on the Pennine Way. For cycling enthusiasts, a trip along the Derwent Valley is not be missed. Of course if a touch of urban vibrancy is required, the city of Sheffield with its shops, theatre and restaurants is just a short drive away.

The fully equipped kitchen-dining area of the property is spacious and bright, providing a great space for entertaining. This leads to a lounge with an open coal fire, perfect to cosy up to in front of the TV after a day exploring the Peak park. A door leads down a few steps to the snug where there is a sofa, TV, bookcase and games for relaxing and unwinding after a day spent outdoors. There is also a ground floor WC and sink to be found in the cloakroom.

Upstairs there are three bedrooms. The main bedroom at the front of the property has a double bed and en-suite shower room, including a toilet and hand basin. The second bedroom is bright and airy and has a double bed and en-suite shower with toilet and sink and the third spacious bedroom has two single beds and there is a main bathroom at the rear of the house with shower over bath, hand basin and toilet to ensure no waiting time for showers in the morning.

Outside there is a small patio area at the back of the property which provides a wonderful space for relaxing.

Dogs are charged at £20 each per full or part week.
