Characterful Barn Interiors with Four-Poster Luxury
Combining rustic timber beams, solid wood floors, and plush textiles, the retreat offers an intimate atmosphere across two stylish levels:
Open-Plan Living & Dining: Unwind on rich, comfortable sofas with a good book or movie. The open layout highlights traditional white-washed walls, exposed beams, and a hand-crafted dark wood kitchen complete with an electric oven, hob, microwave, and fridge/freezer.
Romantic Four-Poster Suite: Step down into a king-size four-poster tree bed dressed in pure linen sheets and colorful throws. Features an en-suite shower room with a large walk-in luxury shower and WC.
Optional Annex (The Stable): Require space for accompanying friends or family? The adjacent annex, “The Stable,” can be booked alongside the main retreat to provide a second double bedroom with its own private en-suite shower room.
Private Hot Tub, Heated Pool & Animal Sanctuary
Glass-Fronted Hot Tub Room: Sink into your private hot tub housed within an enclosed glass room, offering uninterrupted valley views and sightlines of the rescue sanctuary paddocks.
Private Viewing Balcony: Enjoy a glass of wine on your private balcony while taking in views across the farmland at sunset.
Outdoor Solar-Heated Swimming Pool: Cool off during summer months in the shared outdoor pool (open April 30th – September 30th; solar heated July & August), surrounded by traditional English country gardens and water features.
WildSide Exotic Rescue Sanctuary: Proceeds from your stay help support the owner’s private animal rescue sanctuary on-site, allowing guests to view a fascinating array of exotic and farm animals from designated viewing areas.
