This beautifully refurbished terrace holiday cottage sleeping four guests is ideally located near the centre of Newbiggin-by-the-Sea.

With the cottage located a couple of minutes walk from the stunning bay and beach, you can easily access the longest promenade in Northumberland that skirts along the coast. Nearby the cottage there is a local Maritime Centre, nearby golf course and access to high-quality eateries, including an Italian and Indian restaurant as well as more traditional pubs. The fishing port town of Newbiggin-by-the-Sea is also home to the famous ‘couple’ statue by Sean Henry. Activities such as birdwatching, fishing, sailing and water sports are available nearby, while Newcastle city centre with its bustling array of shops and experiences is an easy drive away by car.

A short paved path leads up to the property. From the front door you enter into a small entrance hall, a space to hang your coats and kick off your shoes. Then directly into the spacious lounge on the ground floor with ample comfortable furniture. There is a cosy log effect electric fire, TV/DVD and a bookcase with a collection of books, films and games to enjoy. From the lounge, French doors lead into the kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with electric oven and gas hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine/tumble dryer and microwave. On the first floor, which can be accessed via a set of stairs from the lounge, there is a landing with bookcase and games connecting to three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king-size bed and TV. The other two bedrooms are restful single rooms offering sea views. The bathroom has a separate shower cubicle, a large corner bath and WC.

The back door from the kitchen leads down into an enclosed concrete yard with table and chairs. The yard has a small raised flower bed enhancing its beauty during warmer months. There is easy access from the property to coast side paths that give you access to the wider area. Parking in on-street in front of the cottage. Visitors with more than one car can find free parking around the corner in the public car park adjacent to the Maritime Centre.
